Join us for Bliss Fest 2020

You are Bountiful, Blissful, Beautiful

The Bliss Fest brings community together to practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in nature. In order to thrive and persevere through these tumultuous times, we need to step away from our day to day and create a new way of living, a new paradigm of peace on earth.  Now is the time,  to awaken our group consciousness and to pool our energies and intentions to uplift ourselves, our community and our planet.

About Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for householders, for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.

About Bliss Fest

Practicing Kundalini Yoga on the land soothes your nervous system by reconnecting you to Mother Earth. We'll be practicing yoga, eating delicious, vegetarian food, drumming around a fire circle, chanting sacred music, enjoying healing classes, all while the children dance and learn yoga!

Led by teachers in the 3HO and IKYTA traditions, this specially curated and intimate yoga festival is family friendly and features gifted practitioners, master healing artists, musicians and a focus on cleansing and bringing the community together in health, joy, celebration and peaceful prayer.
Enjoy speciality gong classes led by one of Kundalini’s gifted teachers from Knoxville, Michael Lott of The Knoxville Kundalini Yoga Center; Dancing Spider Family Yoga and Parenting with Radiance classes with Ajeet Khalsa; Sacred Kirtan and fire & drum circle, Juicing Cleanse workshops and Healing Arts workshops with The Health Coach of Knoxville, Nicole Fey and Delicious Vegetarian Food.  Saturday evening, a Solstice Jam with celebrated yoga musician, Harnam!
